Our primary task is to furnish to you preliminary and detailed designs with exactly what
you are looking for in your new home. J.D. McKay Home Design can complete the design based on your ideas from existing plan, sketches, verbal communication, pictures, previously constructed buildings, or just general ideas (desired square footage, room sizes, features, etc.)
We will provide you with a working set of house plans for a very reasonable price.
J.D. McKay Home Design will provide a jpeg, pdf or softplan review electronic formatted drawings for review, revision, comment, and approval.
We provide floor plans, exterior elevations, window and door schedules and cross sections.
We size all beams and headers. dimension all windows and rooms.
We do recommend all plans to be reviewed by a professional engineer.
